1) All Can Do requests must be made using this form. All information must be completed for the Can Do request to be considered.
2) All benefiting applicants must be currently enrolled in the Blaine County School District.
3) All benefiting applicants must be in good standing at the school they attend.
4) Benefiting applicant must have demonstrated need for item(s) to be purchased. All receipts must be approved by the Can Do Committee.
5) Any surplus funds must be returned to the Blaine County Education Foundation.
