The Back-to-School Supply Request Form is intended for students enrolled in the Blaine County School District (BCSD) who need assistance obtaining school supplies.
If you have at least one child who will be attending a BCSD school during the 2026–2027 school year and need assistance with school supplies, please complete the form below.
If your child will not be attending a BCSD school, please do not complete this form. Instead, we encourage you to contact your school's social worker to learn about available resources and support.
